I'm likely going to Fiji in June and I'm for sure going to Switzerland in July. I decided I need to get in even better shape for these vacations and summer. 

Today was a double workout in the morning I ran 3.5 easy miles then went to yoga. This evening  I ran 1.5 fast miles then weights. I worked inner thigh, outer thigh, glutes, quads, hamstrings, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, delts, lats, abs and obliques.

Ran 3.2 miles before spin class. My legs are trashed from yesterday's weights, they felt heavy the entire run.
