I'm likely going to Fiji in June and I'm for sure going to Switzerland in July. I decided I need to get in even better shape for these vacations and summer.
Today was a double workout in the morning I ran 3.5 easy miles then went to yoga. This evening I ran 1.5 fast miles then weights. I worked inner thigh, outer thigh, glutes, quads, hamstrings, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, delts, lats, abs and obliques.
