I ran 6 miles at 8:51/mile and some of the faster splits are 8:33, 8:42 and 8:45.  Given there is 277 feet of elevation for the six miles, pretty decent pace.

Looking good Pat, you are doing well during a difficult week. I ran an alternate route yesterday and did 14, hoping to maintain 40+ this week. Let's chat later in the week and see how the weekend shapes up.
