What a fun race!  We were just supposed to do a progression run, so me, Rex, and Josh Mcphie went out pretty slow, at about 6:30ish pace, and dropped it down to about 6:15 for the first 5 miles.  We consistently dropped our pace after that, and we finished going a little under 5 minute pace.  It was super duper fun.  Our whole team stuck together pretty well  until about mile 10.  It was just a fun smooth race, and we got to meet some cool people. I loved it.  Haha, afterwards I went to Wingers with Jake Buenning, Trevor, and Bridger, and I ate 8 sticky fingers and a basket of fries.  Wow, I can check that off my bucket list, it was so delicious and fulfilling!
