Well I gave up today :P In the morning I ran 3 miles super super easy.... almost a walk. haha The rest of the day was filled with practice for tomorrows piano recital and driving to Wallula for no reason at all, then some pizza eating. So no 10 mile run like I had planned. That's alright though, I got the same mileage as I've been getting all month. And Tyler, or anyone else, if you're reading this I checked out letsrun.com and asked a question on the forum boards about how I'm training.
