| | I took a few days off because I have had a lot of pain in back of my knee/leg area. So today I did a tm run just in case it was still sore. It felt okay, so hopefully I rested it enough. |

| | Another tm run today, I did something called repeats, and it really kicked my butt!! I decided I would be better off running 3 or 4 miles everyday on the tm for a few days to make sure my knee is feeling good, hopefully by Fri or Sat I can do a long run outside. |

| | Ran outside today, my knee is feeling much better now. I did walk uphill a few times, it seems to bother me more uphill, so I think Russ is right and it is a hamstring issue. Anyway nice run today. |

| | Started out this morning not really knowing where I was going and how far, so I ended up doing what for me is a long run, 7.5! woo hoo!! Made a stop at the library for some water around mile 5, with sweat dripping down my face and neck, people looked at me like I was crazy! Oh well, I felt really good, I walked the last 1 1/2 blocks up the street to my house, cause by then my knee kinda hurt, but until then it felt great. |
