Well after a few days off because of pure laziness, and lack of motivation, I finally got my self out the door!  Left the house thinking of a 4 mile run, then I kept going, because I kept thinking of all the people who push themselves through injury, and can keep on going.  Felt good today, maybe those extra days were a good thing!

I'm glad you got out the door. Sometimes it's tough to find a "reason" to go. Before long you will have done enough running it will become habit. Then you'll have to find reasons not to go.

I sure hope that is the case Kam, I feel like I've put in too much effort to stop now, and I do feel so much better!!
