I told myself I would get up at 6:30 and run, instead, I slept in until 9:00!! Nice!  And then I still couldn't get myself out the door.  So, at 1:00, I finally took off, it was 83 degrees, which I didn't think was too hot, until about mile 2, and then I was dying hot.  I walked from 2.5-3, got a drink of water, and then finished.  That was my punishment!!

Yep, that 83 degree run is very motivating to wake up early. I did a 6 miler in 82 degrees last week and it was a good reminder for me. I'll do it again when needed....
