Finally did a run outside today, I had to go clean my bus before school starts on Monday, so I ran to work, and had my kids meet me with cleaning supplies.  It was hard today, even though it was down hill in the beginning, but at least I finished!

Nice week Peg! That is some awesome consistency. Don't look at miles, look at # of days running. That's way more important than miles at this point. Being a running bus driver ruins the whole image of bus drivers for me. At least you yell at other cars while driving. My image isn't completely shattered.

Thanks Russ, don't worry, I will never stop yelling at cars!!! I am running every other day, that seems like it works the best for me. Do you think I should do a "long" run on Sunday, ie: 4-4.5 miles?

If you did 4 it would be 32% of your miles for the week, and I believe that's a pretty good number for your longer runs. In general if you keep them to about 30% of the weekly total it "shouldn't" cause injury.
