Excited to run outside in good weather, but it was so windy, it really sucked my energy fast.  Is that because I am old and chubby?  I ran until mile 3, then I walked about a mile, and finished the last mile running.

No, wind really sucks to run in. Literally. I've got a few different routes that I use when windy, depending on the direction it's blowing. It's amazing how much a row of houses or trees can block the wind for you, and it depends what side of the road you're on for different winds. Nice run!

Thanks Russ! I feel better now!
