okay, today was a tm run, I did a repeats preset with speeds up to 7.5, which is really fast for me.  Man the back of my thighs are really sore, but I guess it serves me right!  hopefully it will rain tomorrow to clear this smoke out of the air, you can't even tell we are surrounded by mountains anymore.....sad
