AM 5.10 in 36:39. Avg. 7:10 per mile Ran Griffin for 2 with no watch. Thans went out on Dinner time loop, with a little extra down by the river. Did a 2 mile pick up ini the middle. Splits were 6:45(slight uphill) & 6:38(slight downhill). Still feel a little beat up from Thursday's workout, but good overall.
