AM Went to memorial hill for a half drill and light hill sprint session, then ran around the hood and back home for 2 more with Griffin. 1 to the hill, 1set of XC skier, ski hop, speed skater, power-skips, butt-kicks, and carioca w/ a stride between set, 2 x :30 hill sprint @ 5:00 to 5:10 pace w/ 2:30 walk break, 4.68 cruiser, 2 with Griffin on his loop. PM 55:00 of Mountain Biking @ Dutch Hollow. Fun way to end the day.
