AM Beautiful scenery this morning with drifting snow. Thankfully nothing was sticking to the roads, so running was good. Felt a little fatigued today from yesterday, so kept the mileage low and did a workout in the middle to keep the legs popping. Strength when I got home.
Run: 2.30 to the hill, 2 sets of drills & 4 hill sprints, 2.70 back home thru the hood. Strength: 30 push-ups, planks, side-planks, and core
