NOON Ran during lunch today on the frontage roads by my work. My legs feel really sluggish, which I think is from not recovering properly on Tuesday. Need more protein! And not veggie or dairy protein, I need the kind of substance only red meat can offer. Anyway, It was pretty windy and did some intervals all into 15 mph headwinds, so I feel pretty god about just completing the workout with some degree of success. On a really good note, it was sunny and warm, so no hat or gloves required again today. : ) Run: 2.60 warm-up, 4 x 4:00 in the 6:20 - 6:28 pace range w/ 2:00 recovery, 4.22 cool-down Total was 10.08 in 1:15:07, avg. 7:27 per mile.
