Fatigued legs, strong headwinds, and icy patches made for a slow run. Oh well this is an easy day. Took Griffin for a walk afterwards, then some yoga.
Run: 5.10 miles in 39:37, avg. 7:46 per mile. Strength: Planks, side-planks, bird-dog, warrior III, chair w/ calf raises, tree, boat, and some others.
