| Awesome day to run. It had rained all night and all morning, but had stopped by my lunch time. Cool and humid. Ran Power Trail out to Poudre River Trail. Did 3 miles warmup at 6:30/mile pace, and then did 3x2-mile with 2-minute recovery jog between intervals. Splits were: - 10:31 (5:18, 5:13)
- 10:24 (5:15, 5:08)
- 10:12 (5:08, 5:04)
Good workout. Ended up averaging 6:05/mile overall for 14 miles.

| Parked at Edora Park, and ran Spring Creek Trail over to Poudre Trail, past Shields St. Did a tinman tempo for 14 miles, and averaged 5:43/mile for the duration. Splits were 6:04, 5:50, 5:44, 5:43, 5:40, 5:46, 5:49, 5:40, 5:42, 5:39, 5:34, 5:31, 5:32, 5:46. Felt really good, nice and relaxed the whole way. |
