At my fitnes clas Mike and Brad came so I did a mile warm up on the U track with them. Then the workout was 500, 400, 300, 200, 100 with 400, 300, 200, 100, 100 recovery of continuous running. After the 500 I felt like puking but I managed to get through it and finish. I wasn't allowed to time myself but the instructor timed us and we will compare our times later in the semester. Then I did a mile cooldown the other way on the track. Came home and did my squats, wall sits, calf raises, crunches and side crunches. My parents were late picking me up from work so I didn't wear my usual shoes or my compression socks and my shins didn't hurt at all!
