umping AM: In my fitness class since the track was closed for construction we did 400s around the huntsman center, We did 10 and each was about a .27 around the center. I was hitting 100 seconds on each lap, I hit all my times exactly. After each 400 we did an excercise, lunges, 2x30 seconds of step ups, burpees, push ups, calf raises, wall sits, squats, jumping squats. Then I ran home. My shins hurt way bad on the way home. we only went one way around the huntsman center and I wanted to alternate so both legs could be on the outside... Oh well, 7:11 pace.
PM: 400 meter warm up, 12x150 meter strides with the last 4 being progressively getting faster, then a lap around the park and ran home. NIce cold dark run..... I HATE WINTER!
