Tonight I decided to go over to sugarhouse park. I met up with Larry there. For a warm up we started with jogging for 50 meters, then sprinting, then with no arms for 100 meters, then for 50 meters having one arm behind our back then the other arm for the other 50 meters. Then the workout was 3 200s at a nice easy stride pace. I did my 200s at 40 pace, again my legs felt fine but my lungs hurt really bad. We did a 200 recovery after each. Then for a cooldown I just finished out the lap after the third 200. |
