Today went to Bills workout. Started with 2 vertical lap warm up, then stretching circle, drills and then arm swings. We then broke into our groups and we went for our run. The distance ran down to Fairmont park then at the park did 6 strides, then we jogged back as a group. When we got to 9th and 9th we weaved in and out of streets until we got to 6 miles. Overall easy peasy lemon squezy stuff before the race tomorrow and saturday. |
