Today met up with Larry at Sugarhouse Park and did a workout. I started with a lap warm up, then another lap of alternating lightposts. Then I did the actual workout. It was 2 500s uphill. My times were 1:46 for both of them. I started out really conservatively and then I died up the hill but I did do faster than I did last time. For a recovery from these, I just did a 500 back to the starting line. Then I just did a lap cooldown and called it a day, until I got home when I stretched and slaved away at doing APUSH |
