Today I went over to sugarhouse park and met up with Larry for a workout. I started with a half of a lap warm up then I finished out the lap with speed changes. Then I immediately went into doing the speed and hills. I only had to do one today but it was longer. I did 600 meter long uphill sprint to represent the third lap in the mile. I did this all uphill sprint in 2:02 which is 16 seconds slower than what I did the 2 500's on monday which is really good. I know I can do better and PR in the mile this weekend. Then for a cooldown I went on a out and back run up 2100 South until I got to 4.25 then I turned around and came back the same way to even out at 6.5 for the day. I did the cooldown run thing slow to get rid of the lactic acid build up in my legs. Then Tonight I am going to stretch and study AP Biology because the new sub is such a crazy not good teacher! |
