Today I met up with Levi at Sugarhouse Park. We did a lap warm up then we stretched. After stretching, we did a lap of alternating sprinting each pole, we went the opposite way than we did for the warm up. Then since Levi did a hard workout on saturday, we finished by doing a 30 stride up the hill and over. WE made it a little over 200 meters. Then we just finished out the lap for a cooldown;) |
