This morning I woke up early because I wanted to hit up the 7/11s for free slurpee day! So I did a mile warm up, and my workout was 800, 800, 400, 400 with equal recovery. Once again my dad didn't let me wear my watch so I don't know my times. I just had to feel like it was pushing. Then I did a mile cooldown. Later that day I did a little run on the treadmill because I had to go to the Tiny Tots track dinner so I coulnd't run after that. My dad and I went to 7/11s but found out it didn't start till 11 AM so we only got one slurpee:( even though we went to 3 7/11s! |
