This afternoon I was CRAZY sore from the workout yesterday so I did a shakeout run, and strides to loosen up. So I did a mile warm up around Highlands track going the opposite direction then Larry got there. So I did 8x200 meter strides to loosen up even more, then I paced him in an 800 and cooled down until I got to 3. I will run tomorrow morning because I need more miles. |
