Since I got super sick last week and didn't go running at all after tuesday... I felt loads better today so I decided to go out for a mile to see how I did. Before my mile haha I did squats, push ups, crunches, side crunches, planks, and hamstring weights. Then while at my Grandmas house watching a movie I decided to go out for a mile. I went out half way to Cottonwood Complex then back. I felt Great! I am going to sleep in tomorrow then go for a run tomorrow night then back into training! |
