Mile warm up and a mile of speed changes. Then the workout was 2 200s, 400, mile, 800 and 4 400s. I felt really good on the 200s and 400 then in the mile I felt the pumpkin pie I ate during 4th period. So my times went like 32, 32, 70, 6:30, 3:00 and I didnt do the 4 400s because I was going to puke any second. |
