Met up with Levi, Larry, Danny, and Mark for an interval workout. Mile warmup then we did a 5k breaking it up in to 900m on then 200m rest, then for the rest of it we did 100m on/ 100m off util we finished. We did the 5k in SHP. Felt good, actually tougher than I thought. Mile cooldown then stretching once I got home.
