I took Wednesday Night, Yesterday and Today off to see if that would help with my shins because they are absolutely killing me even with the compression socks. Anyway I did 20 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the stepper and biked 5.5 miles. I am counting that as 5 miles running. I then did shin strength things, crunches, side crunches and calf raises. I am going to try to run tomorrow to see if my shins hurt, I am aiming for 3 miles and hoping for 3 miles of pain free. I am going to stop when the pain gets to severe and all I am doing is limping along....
