I started with a 1.5 mile warm up then did some strides. I did 3 laps of regular speed changes, then 3 laps of speed changes sprinting on the curve and jogging on the stratightaways. The workout was 200, 200, 800, 400. My times went 31, 31, 2:36, and 66. It was a pretty good workout and I liked it a lot. I did equal recovery after each. Then I did a little over a mile cooldown. |
