I had my dad drive me over to Sugarhouse park to do a light run to see how my shins were feeling... They Felt GREAT! I did an outer lap of the park, I ran on the new paved trail and it is quite nice, I like going behind everything. Then I went in the park and finished out to 2.5, 7:40 pace. Then I came home and did the rest on the elliptical and did my shin weight kind of things. Hopefully I am totally good by monday!
