Early this morning my dad and I were out the door at 5:30. I did a mile warm up, and then 4 800s with a 400 recovery. Then I did a mile cooldown and did my leg weights. PM: I went over to sugarhouse park and did a mile warm up going backwards, then a mile and a half of J's going backwords then 2 200s with jogging 200 recovery then a half mile cooldown because I had to go. |
