Did a mile warm up around the Highland High school track, then did 8 strides with progressive pick ups half way along the stride... My shins hurt right at the beginning of the run but as time went on they started to feel better and by the end they were not hurting at all. I am not sure I should do the speed workout in my Fitness class though... HMM... Then I did a mile on the track and an outside lap around the park. I love the new trail but it is super sketchy when it is pitch black and I cant see the creeper hiding behing the bushes. Came home and iced my shins for 10 minutes each then I facetimed Dominique for 2 hours..... WE HAVE NO LIVES!
