After spending pretty much all of my money in the Park City outlet stores, I managed to go for a run. I bought myself some new Nike Flywire's and wore them. I did 4 strides warm up again then we did 8 lightpoles with the 20 second recovery thing then we ran the 8 light poles as an 800 hard. Then we started with the 800 then came back with strides. On the third mile repeat we did the strides first then the 800 coming back. Then I jogged around to get to 4 miles then I did 2 laps around the park.
