After finding out horrible news, I decided to go and do a quick workout before the NHS thing tonight. So I did a half mile war up, 2x100 meter strides, then heard the workout. It was 200 with 200 recovery, 300 with 100 recovery, then 400 with 100 recovery. We did this 3 times. I only did the first set because I had to go to NHS then to the hospital for the rest of the night. |
