Today again I didn't get the XC email on where the workout is so I went and did my own workout. I started with a half mile warm up around the Highland High School Track, then immense stretching because I was sore from the hills yesterday. Then I went over to the road in the park and did a lightpost run. I started with 1x1x1x1x1x1x2x1x2x1x2x1x1x1x1x1x1x1. I started on and then did 3 sets of 1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, and 1 on 1 off. Then I finished out the lap and did another lap for a cooldown. PM: Today at Tiny Tots, I started with a half mile warm up with the kids then the distance group was going on an LSD run. I took the little Bantam kids for 30 minutes while Kenzie took the older kids for 40 minutes. I took my kids up to sunnyside out one mile and back. Which was not a good idea because I did not know I was not supposed to leave the track with the kids, so that was bad but Tolbert has my back and told all the parents that it was his fault for not telling me where I can and can not take the kids for thier run.
