Today I did not go to practice because I had an AP United States History study seminar I had to go to. So instead I came home and did core. I did crunches, push ups, squats, calf raises, and holding my knee up for a minute; I did each set 3 times. Then ending out the workout with 3 sets of those sideways planks for each side. I did those like this 1 minute for each side, 45 seconds for each side, then 30 seconds for each side; I will eventually work my way up to the full one minute for all three. |
