This morning I went to XC practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we met at Liberty park at 7 in the morning. I started with a lap warm up. Then we stretched and got water then heard what the workout is. It was a time trial of a mile and a half mile. We jogged down to the mile start and did 10 strides but I actually think we did 12 but oh well. Then we started with the mile. I did pretty good, I was trying to be conservative on this one. I did 6:04, then we jogged back over to the start and did the 800. On the 800 I just stayed consistent and did a 2:50. Then we jogged back to the drinking fountain and did a lap cooldown and was done. A pretty good, pretty easy workout overall. |
