I went to Bills workout today and it was absolutely horrible! We ran down to Liberty, to the drinking fountain, did like 12 strides then heard the workout. It was 6 800s at like race pace...... I was in a group with Abigail, Caden, Andy, and Dakota and we were supposed to hit a 2:50. On the first one Me, Caden and Dakota broke away and we hit 2:46, then we turned around and ran to the start so we had equal recovery. My next one we went faster at a 2:44, then I was about to puke so I was told to sit out and jump in on the next one so I did.. On my third we ran a 2:49 then I ran to the bathroom and blew chunks all over that stall....... SORRY!!! Then I jumped in on the 6th one so my fourth one and Caden and I ran 2:46 so all faster than we were supposed to hit and all were pretty consistent. Then for cooldown Caden, Andy and I "jogged" back up to the track. |
