Some weights, 5 min on bike, 2 miles in 14:30 on treadmill with 1 mile BF. Increasing the speed and distance going BF gave my second toe a little blister. My feet are still very whimpy.
Weights, then 2 miles in 14:45 on treadmill with one mile near BF with the invisible running shoe. I'm going to have to give BF running the weekend off. The balls of my feet have little bruises on them especially the big toe and little toe.
I did try my new $20 Huaraches type sandal on the treadmill today and they worked very well, much easier on the surface of the foot. The BF feeling is close to the same but no worries about pebbles or glass or the rough treadmill track. Just like going BF there is no cushion so you wont be landing on your heels.
