Morning run, Temp 60'

I ran 3 easy miles in 24:20 then got the family ready to go run the Stake 5k. 

Dallas ran it and was doing well until he got a side ache.  He still finished in 23:30 for 4th place, his friend he was running with got a 21:40.  I came in second place and was at least a minute behind 1st place.

3.25 miles in 25:50,  Mile avg. - 6:24
