Noon run

Yesterday nearing the end of my run the outside of my left hip gave me a few shots of pain.  I didn't think much of it.  This morning it felt just a little funny so I decided to take some Ibuprofen.  I was going to take another dose before noon but I forgot.  Anyway as I went out to go running it only took about 20 yards and the small flash of pain reappeared.  I jogged just a little more to see if it would go away but I could tell it wasn't getting better so I called it quits for the day.  I'll try Ibuprofen 3 times a day and see if it feels better tomorrow.

Hope the pain doesn't end up being anything too nasty. I'm wondering if the stroller-pushing 5K made you run goofy or something to cause this?

Now that I'm over the hill it doesn't take much to get something to act up. I would have thought that with decreased miles over the last couple of weeks that my body could take a little stroller pushing. Maybe it was two weeks in a row of race pace running along with the stroller that did it?
