Noon run, partly sunny, temp 60'

My legs are still just slightly sore from Saturdays half marathon. I ran with Tyler at work. The run felt good with no unusual pains.

Glad to hear your legs are feeling pretty good, maybe you're past the injury stuff for a while.

So what is the next race for you Terry?

I haven't caught the fire to ramp up to a marathon like I had at the beginning of the year before my foot acted up. I may do my stake 5k run on May 10th and then the 5k in Ephraim on May 24th and the relay on June 20-21. I'm debating about the St. George Marathon because I'm not sure I want to get whooped by you.

Terry just go for it on SGM! Get a good run of training in and go for a PR (sub 2:47?). I'll try and hang with you if I can and see if sub-2:50 is in the cards. I would at least like to be in good enough shape where sub-2:50 is doable and sub-3 is a no-brainer even if I bonk.

BTW it looks like we'll be doing the 5K in Ephraim on the 24th also. They do now have the 10K option as well but I hated the course last year with dirt/gravel roads and measured wrong and have no desire to do it again.
