Wow, 13 miles is a long way to run. It was dark when I went out and the sun made it up for my last mile.

I'm such a non-social nerd when it comes to running. I like to get up on Saturday mornings early, get my run in and get home to eat breakfast with the wife and 4 kids still living at home. However, I do agree I need to get out and run with some other runners every now and then.
