Yesterdays run flared up the tendon-bum-itis. At least I can still run.
Weights, 5 min on bike, 2 miles in 15 min on treadmill

Hey if an old bean can run I might have a chance. About once a week I run by the house you grew up in hoping that some of your running talent will rub off on me. Good luck with your goals. Hope to see you on the trail someday.
