Morning run, temp 39'

My friend the moon made an appearance just about half way through the run.  Also, I had a little foot pain in my arch on my right foot that hit me just a couple hundred yards into my run.  It felt more like a cramped up muscle than PF.  It slowly went away after a few miles.

Terry not too bad on the mileage this week. So far you're making good on your promise not to let Kim 'chick' you on the Mileage Board anymore. But she's still right on your heels so you better not consider doing any slacking!
