Terry I'm kinda getting excited to see what you can do in the marathon with your better-than-usual training this year. Guess Ogden is first on the list, I'm thinking a best ever time for that race should be in the cards.

Tom, I've never had a problem pushing myself in a marathon, it's the last 10 miles that my legs cramp up that always ruins my marathons. Maybe with some extra miles I'll be able to make it further into the marathon before the cramping begins.
I'm planning on running a 3 hr marathon pace the 1st half and seeing how I feel at that point. I'd love to push for a 2:50 pace but I have no faith in my legs.
