Terry,
not only a long one but also a pretty fast run too. I have always considered running a great gift, even though, sometimes, as a runner, I don't appreciate enough what I have because I am always looking forward to more miles and faster times.
So don't be too disappointed about today's longest run and use it as a real celebration of your birthday.
