  • This was a really pleasant morning run. It was humid, but I had plenty of fluids and food. I never felt physically or mentally tired. I could have easily run more miles.

  • Although my pace was slower than the recommended pace, this run felt great. I felt as light as a feather. The run was effortless. I wish that I always felt this way. :)

My daughter-in-law tried to fix my treadmill yesterday. It worked great today until my cool down. I was just shy of completing .50 mi of my run before the belt broke again. I guess I'll need to head back to the health club and set money aside for a new treadmill. My treadmill lasted almost 20 years so I really am not too upset. It was worth every cent that I spent.
